I have been trying to get my color match and no one seems to care. I emailed you to let you know that I tried using the USA phone number listed to contact you, and it never worked. After informing you of this, you take it off and label it as a Canada phone number! Additionally, you expect customers who are not in the UK to pay for an exchange and that is unfair! Lastly, you advertise you will send care instructions and how to use your product and that is a lie. Take it off your pics! When I ask you about your instructions, you tell me you have a blog. I go to the blog and it's completely useless! You have terrible customer service. So disappointed with your service and your company! Never again!

Recently purchased ice blonde 20 inch hair extentions.

After one wash they completely tangled up and was impossible to brush and maintain even using expensive products.

They then lead to excessive shredding and the clips not sewn properly.
Considering I paid over £160 for these it's not acceptable.
I couldn't use the extentions again so had no choice but to throw the matted mess away after using just once!!!!!!

After contacting clip hair, they can not refund ( or give me any sort of money back) to me due to me throwing away the hair?
I uploaded enough photographic evidence which with normal company's this is enough to give some sort of refund.

I was so excited for this purchase you have no idea. I tracked it every 10 minutes. When it arrived I ran to my door and unboxed the hair texture is beautiful I will give them that but it started to shed immediately which scared me. I tried not to let it deter my emotions. I decided it was normal even though I have ordered from other brands I will not name and never had this issue. Also didn't see shedding reviews. So I washed the hair sulfate free high end products. Air dried the hair and brushed it so much hair came out I started crying. I immediately ordered a new set from another brand. I don't know if I got a wrong set but it depressed me. I wanted this investment to last me and wanted to feel like I made a good purchase. I also noticed for the "volume set" they use short hairs near the clip ins which I never have seen a brand do before and I don't really like that look. I honestly feel like I got ripped off. I'm not impressed and wish they would sew their wefts better or more sturdy.

Although you cannot fault the initial exemplary customer service when you purchase the wefts unfortunately this is where it stops. I have been a hair extension wearer for over 30 years and the quality of this hair is probably the poorest I have come across. I have found huge bundles of hair all over my house to the point this is beyond excessive shedding, I have sent pictures to the Customer Service Team and have returned said extensions after only 7 weeks wear yet I am still awaiting a response from you!! I am out of pocket and as a single mum have had to source hair of better quality elsewhere.

The delivery time, packaging and colour of these extensions is great, I got clip ins. But after less than week they’re horrifically tangled. There’s strands of pink? Cotton through them and one of the clips have already come apart. It’s just a let down because everything else about Cliphair is great.

Complaint has been made last week but I’m yet to hear back:(

Really great service. After being dissatisfied with the hair I purchased, I decided to contact ClipHair customer service and as what they could do for me. After speaking to Sarah, she has sorted everything for me quickly and even went out her way to upgrade me due to the original replacement being out of stock.

Cliphair should be proud to have people like Sarah on their team as most customer service teams in the hair industry are not very helpful and can be quite difficult. Im very impressed with the timely, friendly manner that my complaint was dealt with. Thank you again!

I cannot fault the service from Cliphair. I had an issue with my delivery by Royal Mail, and I contacted Cliphair, Megan dealt with my case, she was friendly and listened to my issue, and went out of her way to resolve the issue. And I look forward to receiving these when they arrive.
I have bought from Cliphair before and the hair is really lovely, I use clip in because they work best for me, the clips are strong and clip into my hair well.
Thanks Cliphair I will always use you for my extensions

I want to return the hair as they are extremly thin and did not suit my hair when I tried to style them. I have worn them 10 minutes and look exactly the same as when opened. However as they have been styled once to see if they look good I have been refused a return. This is not made clear to you when you buy them. Now I have a product that I will never use but someone else could.

Absolutkey amazing customer service at such a hard time in the world! I won’t go anywhere else, I ordered an incorrect colour for my extensions and realised last minute so emailed ClipHair customer service and they went out of their way to change AND even ship the same day! Amazing company!

Fast delivery lovely quality hair can't fault it

DO not order. I ordered tapes from here and have spent about 3 hours trying to get them out. The glue is so thick and has made it impossible to take out. The spray does nothing!! This will ruin your hair
